Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the Hexanova.in website at www.hexanova.in and any services we deliver under a separate signed engagement. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Use of the website

The content on this site is provided for information about our services. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose site content for commercial use without prior written permission, and you may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding engagement. Work begins only after a written statement of work, quote, or contract is agreed and any required advance is received.

Deliverables and intellectual property

  • On full payment, clients receive the agreed deliverables and the rights specified in the engagement contract.
  • Hexanova.in retains ownership of reusable tools, boilerplates, internal libraries, and know-how developed independently of the engagement.
  • Unless a project is marked confidential in writing, we may reference the engagement in our portfolio and case studies.

Third-party services

Projects often depend on third-party platforms (hosting, payment gateways, LLM providers, messaging APIs, etc.). Their availability, pricing, and terms are outside our control and are billed at cost unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties and disclaimers

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the website and any information on it are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexanova.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability under any client engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
