Project overview

Built around the business outcome, not a feature checklist

Jamshedpur Taxi needed a search-driven booking engine disguised as a simple website: rank for local and route queries, prove trust fast, and push riders to confirm rides over phone or WhatsApp within minutes.

Jamshedpur Taxi (JSR Taxi) needed a digital front door that could compete for high-intent local searches — cab booking, airport transfers, and outstation routes — and convert visitors into confirmed rides over call and WhatsApp. We designed and built a fast, conversion-focused website with a full SEO page cluster covering services, popular routes, and neighbourhood landing pages across Tatanagar.

Problem statement

The challenge behind the build

Most taxi operators in Jamshedpur still rely on word of mouth, scattered WhatsApp numbers, or thin single-page sites that never rank for route or locality queries. Riders searching for “Jamshedpur to Ranchi taxi,” airport drops, or cabs in Sakchi and Bistupur had no clear, trustworthy place to compare fares, fleet options, and booking steps. The business needed consistent inbound demand without an app download or complicated booking flow.

01

Local taxi demand was hard to capture without ranking for route and locality searches.

02

Riders expected transparent fares, fleet options, and instant confirmation — not an app download.

03

A single homepage could not cover airport, outstation, corporate, and neighbourhood intent.

04

Trust and availability signals (24×7, verified drivers, fixed quotes) needed to be visible above the fold.

About the project

What the product needed to do

HEXANOVA delivered a 23-page SEO website spanning service pages (local, outstation, airport, one-way, round-trip, corporate), route pages (Ranchi, Kolkata, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Chaibasa, Patna, Deoghar, Tata Airport), and neighbourhood pages (Sakchi, Bistupur, Mango, Sonari, Kadma). Each page leads with transparent fare signals, fleet choices (Dzire, Ertiga, Innova, Tempo Traveller), trust proof, and instant Call / WhatsApp CTAs — so riders confirm rides in under two minutes without installing an app.

Core capabilities

  • 23-page SEO cluster for services, routes, and localities
  • WhatsApp and call-first booking conversion paths
  • Fleet, fare, and route presentation for high-intent searches
  • Local trust architecture with reviews, FAQs, and fixed quotes
